摘 要:分析了当前高层施工工法,结合预热器结构特点,确定了预热器结构的施工工法。介绍了预热器框剪结构施工方案的论证及开发定型过程,通过引入爬模施工工艺,研发专用施工设备,形成了适用于水泥项目特色的框架梁施工工法。新工法大幅降低了项目的整体投入,安全性能大幅提升,提高了施工效率。This paper analyzes the current tall building construction methods.According to the structural characteristics of the preheater,the construction method of the preheater structure is determined.It introduces the demonstration,development and stereotyping of process of the preheater frame-shear structure construction method.Through the introduction of climbing formwork construction technology and the research of special construction equipment,a frame beam construction method suitable for the characteristics of cement projects has been formed.The new construction method greatly reduces the overall investment of the project,the safety is greatly improved,and the construction efficiency is improved.
