摘　　要：介绍了两档短窑入窑生料分解率的控制、薄料快烧、火焰形状调整、旁路放风系统使用、二次风温控制等操作技巧,分析了两档短窑操作过程中存在的烟室缩口结皮、频繁掉窑皮、窑内结圈、熟料出现生烧料、多片状熟料等问题形成的原因并提出了相应处理措施。This paper introduces the two support kiln operation skills of the decomposing rate control of the raw meal,the fast burning of the thin material,the adjustment of the flame shape,the use of the bypass system,the control of the secondary air temperature and so on.It analyzes the causes of the problems in the two support kiln operation process,such as the shrinkage and skinning of the kiln inlet chamber,the frequent dropping of the kiln coating,the ring formation in the kiln,the raw meal burning in the clinker and the multi sheet clinker,and then introduces the corresponding treatment measures.
