摘 要:针对西非Y断块油井高含水及产量大幅降低的问题,开展了一种新技术--自适应调流控水技术的适应性分析及应用研究。自适应调流控水技术通过特殊流道的设计改变流体运动势能,达到自动抑制产水、促进产油的目的。针对自适应调流控水技术的基本原理及工艺特性,建立了该工艺的油藏、油井适应性评价方法,提高了该工艺使用的针对性。结合Y断块油藏特征及生产动态分析,Y-1井采用自适应调流控水技术控水增油取得较好效果,日增油180 bbl,含水率下降51%,日产水下降510 bbl左右。该评价方法和自适应调流控水技术已经在西非Y断块及其他断块进行推广应用。Aiming at the problem of high water cut and production decline of oil well in west Africa Y fault block,the adaptability analysis and application research of a new technology which is automatic inflow control technology for water control(AICT)are carried out.The AICT can automatically control water production and promote oil production by changing the potential energy of fluid movement through the special flow channel design.According to the basic principle and process characteristics of the AICT,the adaptability evaluation method of the technology for oil reservoir and oil well is established,which improves the pertinence of the technology.Combined with the reservoir characteristics and production performance analysis of Y fault block,the well Y-1 has achieved good effect in controlling water cut and increasing oil production by adopting the AICT.And the daily oil increase is 180 bbl,the water cut is reduced by 51%,and the daily water production is reduced by about 510 bbl.The evaluation method and AICT have been widely used in Y fault block and other fault blocks in west Africa.
