摘 要:试验旨在探讨混合酶制剂对全株玉米青贮饲料的影响。本试验以蜡熟期刈割的全株玉米为材料,设7个组,其中1个对照组(CK),6个处理组分别为添加纤维素酶+木聚糖酶(XWMJ)、β-葡聚糖酶+纤维素酶(PJXW)、β-葡聚糖酶+果胶酶(PJGJ)、β-葡聚糖酶+β-甘露聚糖酶(PJGL)、β-葡聚糖酶+木聚糖酶(PJMJ)和木聚糖酶+α-半乳糖苷酶(MJBR),每组3个重复,并在56 d的青贮结束后比较不同处理玉米青贮饲料的感官评价,发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明:PJXW组、PJGJ组、PJMJ组和PJGL组的全株玉米青贮在感官的气味、结构和颜色评定中,青贮效果较好;与CK组相比,PJXW组、PJGJ组处理使可溶性碳水化合物含量极显著提高,氨态氮/总氮显著降低;XWMJ组和PJGL组的干物质含量显著低于其他处理组;PJXW组和PJGL组处理的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维均显著低于CK组。可见,β-葡聚糖酶+纤维素酶(PJXW)和β-葡聚糖酶+果胶酶(PJGJ)更适于用作全株玉米青贮饲料的添加剂。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of mixed enzyme preparations on the whole plant corn silage. In this experiment, there were one control group(CK) and six treatment groups. The six treatment groups were added cellulase+xylanase(XWMJ), β-glucanase+cellulase(PJXW), β-glucanase+pectase(PJGJ), β-glucanase+β-mannanase(PJGL), β-glucanase+xylanase(PJMJ) and xylanase+α-galactosidase(MJBR). Three replicates were in each group, and the sensory evaluation, fermentation quality and nutrient composition of different processed corn silage were compared after 56 days of silage. The results show that the whole plant corn silage of PJXW group, PJGJ group, PJMJ group and PJGL group had better sensory odor, structure and color evaluation. Compared with CK group, the treatment of PJXW group and PJGJ group significantly increased the content of WSC, and decreased the NH3-N/TN. The DM content of XWMJ group and PJGL group was significantly lower than that of other treatment groups. In PJXW group and PJGL group, the NDF and ADF were significantly lower than those in CK group. It can be seen that the β-glucanase+cellulase(PJXW), and β-glucanase+pectinase(PJGJ) are more suitable as additives for whole plant corn silage.
