摘　　要：组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(HDACi)是一类蛋白酶抑制剂,通过干扰组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)的功能从而在染色体重塑、基因表达调控等方面发挥重要作用。近年来,关于HDACi促进供体细胞及体细胞核移植重构胚重编程的相关研究受到越来越多的关注。本文主要综述了HDACi对牛羊体细胞核移植的影响,旨在为提高牛羊体细胞克隆胚胎的生产效率提供参考。Histone deacetylase inhibitors(HDACi)are a class of protease inhibitors that play an important role in chromosome remodeling and gene expression regulation by interfering with the functions of histone deacetylases(HDACs).In recent years,HDACi have attracted more and more attention in promoting the reprogramming of donor cell and somatic cell nuclear transplantation(SCNT)reconstructed embryos.In this paper,the effects of HDACi on SCNT of cattle and sheep were reviewed in order to improve the production efficiency of cattle and sheep somatic cell cloned embryos.
