摘 要:在含小水电群的配电网网损分摊计算中,由于边际网损系数法未考虑平衡节点及平衡节点选取不同对分摊结果的影响,提出边际网损系数法与支路耗散功率转归分量法相结合的网损分摊方法。首先从电路定律出发,利用诺顿等值将所有电源等效成节点注入电流,基于支路耗散功率转归分量法得出包含平衡节点的各电源节点应分摊的网损,然后利用边际网损系数法得出除平衡节点外的其他各节点分摊的网损。最后对含小水电的陇南地区电网进行了计算分析,将文中所提方法与传统的改进平均网损分摊法进行对比,验证了所提方法的可行性。Aiming at the loss allocation of distribution network with small hydropower groups,due to the fact that marginal loss coefficient method does not consider the influence of balancing nodes and different balancing nodes on allocation results,a loss allocation method is proposed combining marginal loss coefficient method and branch dissipation power transfer component method.Starting from the circuit law,Norton’s equivalent is used to equivalent all power supplies to node injection current. Based on the branch dissipation power transfer component method,the network losses that each power supply node excluding the balancing node are obtained. Finally,the calculation and analysis of Longnan power grid with small hydropower are carried out,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through the average loss allocation comparison between the proposed method and the traditional improved method.
