太极拳在跆拳道品势准备活动中的可行性分析

摘　　要：太极拳作为一种民族传统体育项目,不仅有着丰富的人文内涵,同时对于身体锻炼和精神素质培养也有着重要的意义。而在跆拳道品势准备活动中将太极拳作为活动项目,能够很好地对品势准备工作进行完善,为跆拳道品势训练打下基础。跆拳道品势是一项集技术、休闲、健身及美学为一体的体育竞技项目,有着深刻的训练内涵。其在训练的过程中,需要通过身体之间的协调平衡,通过力量、节奏及速度来对身体素质进行锻炼。因此对于跆拳道品势训练来说,训练前进行相应的准备活动,能够将训练人员很好地导入到跆拳道品势训练中,提高跆拳道品势训练效果,促进跆拳道品势发展。Tai chi chuan,as a kind of national traditional sports,not only has rich humanistic connotation,but also has important significance for physical exercise and spiritual quality training.In taekwondo,tai chi chuan is regarded as an activity,which can perfect the preparation of Taekwondo and lay a foundation for Taekwondo training.Taekwondo potential is a collection of technology,leisure,fitness,and aesthetics as one of the sports project,has a profound connotation of the training.In the process of training,the body needs to be coordinated and balanced through the strength,rhythm and speed to exercise the physical quality.So for taekwondo training product potential,accordingly exercises before the training,to training personnel good imported into the product in the training,and improve the effect of taekwondo training product potential,promote the development of Taekwondo products potential.
