北京市海淀区大学生低碳理念下体育生活方式的现状研究

摘　　要：随机抽取北京市海淀区5所院校500名在校大学生,本文以大学生低碳理念下体育生活方式的现状为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对现状进行研究和分析,通过了解当代大学生的"低碳理念",结合体育生活方式,更深层次地了解当代大学生的体育生活方式的现状,旨在提高当代大学生的低碳意识,提倡低碳理念的体育生活方式,提高大学生的低碳意识,增强大学生的身体素质。We randomly selected 500 college students in Haidian District,Beijing.This paper takes the current situation of sports life style under the low-carbon concept of college students as the research object,and studies and analyzes the present situation by using questionnaire survey method,literature method and logic analysis method.By understanding the "low-carbon idea’’ of contemporary college students,combining with the sports life style,we understand the current situation of contemporary college students’ sports life style,aiming at improving the low-carbon consciousness of contemporary college students,promoting the low-carbon concept of sports life style,improving the low-carbon consciousness of college students and enhancing the physical quality of college students.
