摘　　要：随着现网流量快速增长,业务发展的时空不均衡愈发突出,热点区域、热点时段负荷压力陡增的同时,部分区域资源闲置。笔者从单层网、多层网两个维度,对4G低利用率小区资源挖潜、无线利用率提升展开了探讨。With the rapid growth of the network traffic,the time-space imbalance of network traffic becomes more and more prominent.While the load in hot spots increases sharply,some regional resources are idle.In this paper,from single carrier and multi carriers,discuss how to tap the lower utilization carriers and improve the wireless utilization.
