摘 要:为探究蚯蚓提取液对家蚕生长发育及血淋巴氧化指标的影响,本试验以5龄家蚕幼虫为试验对象,分别饲喂不同稀释比例(50倍、100倍、200倍)的蚯蚓提取液处理的桑叶。结果显示:3个稀释组家蚕体质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),50倍稀释组家蚕存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各稀释组家蚕全茧量、茧层量和茧层率差异不显著(P>0.05),但粒茧丝长、解舒率、解舒丝长、出丝率、洁净等丝质指标均有提高;与对照组相比,100和200倍稀释组家蚕血淋巴中丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低38.04%和32.23%(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量分别降低了25.65%和35.60%(P<0.05),各处理组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据试验结果初步认为,桑叶中添食蚯蚓提取液可促进家蚕生长发育,提高蚕丝品质,降低血淋巴中丙二醛和乳酸脱氢酶水平,本试验结果为蚯蚓提取液在生产上的应用提供参考。In order to study the effects of earthworm extract on growth and development of Bombyx mori and oxidation index of hemolymph.The 5 th instar larvae of Bombyx mori were used as the experimental object.They were fed with different dilution ratios(50,100,200 fold dilution)of mulberry leaves.Results showed that the body weight of silkworms in three dilution groups were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The survival rate of silkworms in the 50-fold dilution group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate in each groups had no significant diffenence(P>0.05),but the cocoon filament length,reelability,length of non-broken cocoon filament,raw silk rate and neatness were all improved.Compared with the control group,the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the hemolymph of the 100 and 200-fold dilution groups were decreased by 38.04%and32.23%,respectively(P<0.05),the level of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)respectively decreased by 25.65%and 35.60%(P<0.05).While the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in each groups had no significant diffenence(P>0.05).It was concluded that adding the earthworm extract could promote the growth and development of silkworm,improve the quality of silk and reduce the levels of MDA and LDH in hemolymph.These results may provide a reference for the application of earthworm extract in production.
