摘  要:本文在体质量约30 g黄河鲤配合饲料中添加由柠檬酸、乳酸、磷酸组成的复合酸化剂,研究复合酸化剂不同浓度和饲喂时间对黄河鲤生长性能、肠道及肝胰脏消化酶活性的影响。试验设0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%共7个浓度梯度,每组3个重复;饲喂20、40、56 d后采样。结果显示:复合酸化剂可提高黄河鲤生长性能,以0.6%添加浓度表现最佳;随复合酸化剂添加浓度的升高,消化酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,以0.4%~0.6%添加浓度表现最佳;随饲喂时间的延长,各浓度组肠道及肝胰脏消化酶活性也表现出先上升后下降的趋势,饲喂40 d左右消化酶活性最高。综上,复合酸化剂在黄河鲤日粮中的适宜添加浓度为0.6%左右,且适合阶段性添加应用。Based on a population of Yellow River carp with an average weight of 30 g,the compound acidifier composed of citric acid,lactic acid,phosphoric acid was added in their compound feed which aims to study the effects on carp growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and the influence of hepatopancreatic digestive enzyme activity.Seven groups,including 0%(control group),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%and 1.2%concentration groups,were set up,and samples were collected after 20,40,56 d feeding.The results showed that the compound acidifier could improve the growth performance of Yellow River carp,and the preponderant concentration was 0.6%.In addition,the digestive enzyme activity were presented the trend of first increased and then decreased after added compound acidifier,with extreme predominance at the concentration of 0.4%~0.6%.With the extension of feeding time,the intestinal digestive enzyme and hepatic pancreas digestive enzyme activities were first increased(20~40 d)and then decreased(40~56 d).In conclusion,the application of compound acidifier in Yellow River carp was suitable for certain period,and the added concentration was preferably about 0.6%.
