摘  要:为研究油茶皂苷对蛋鸡蛋品质以及对肉鸡生长性能的影响,本试验分别选取了900只32周龄蛋种鸡和900只14日龄肉鸡,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只。三个处理分别添加0(对照组)、300、500 mg/kg油茶皂苷。结果表明:(1)油茶皂苷可以提高蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质,并且添加500 mg/kg油茶皂苷对蛋品质的提升效果优于300 mg/kg;与对照组相比,500 mg/kg油茶皂苷组鸡蛋的平均蛋重减少了1.43%,蛋形指数、蛋比重、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色等级、蛋黄比率、哈氏单位分别增加了4.65%、0.92%、2.25%、22.61%、9.06%、2.77%;(2)油茶皂苷对改善肉鸡的生长性能有显著效果,与对照组相比,500 mg/kg油茶皂苷组肉鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量分别增加了9.79%和2.49%,死淘率降低了30.51%。In order to study the effects of Camellia oleifera saponins on egg quality and growth performance of broilers,90032-week-old egg breeder hens and 90014-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replications in each group(n=100).The amount of Camellia oleifera saponins added in the three treatments was 0(control group),300 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg,respectively.The results showed that:(1)Camellia oleifera saponin could improve the egg quality of laying hens,adding 500 mg/kg Camellia saponins could improve the egg quality better than 300 mg/kg.Compared with control group,the average egg weight of 500 mg/kg Camellia oleifera saponins group was rednced by 1.43%,the egg shape index,egg specific gravity,eggshell strength,yolk color grade,yolk ratio and haugh unit were increased by4.65%,0.92%,2.25%,22.61%,9.06%and 2.77%respectively(2)Saponin of Camellia oleifera could improve the growth performance of broilers.Compared with control group,the average daily gain and feed intake of 500 mg/kg Camellia oleifera saponins group were increased by 9.79%and 2.49%respectively,and the mortality was reduced by 30.51%.
