摘　　要：眉棱骨痛是一种自觉症状,患者自觉单侧或双侧眉棱骨痛,病因较为复杂。《黄帝内经》中有"肝经上连目系"的论述,《外科证治全书》有"眉属肝,肝脉从目系上额,肝胆相表里,足少阳风热与痰,则眉棱骨痛。"历代医家多认为眉棱骨痛的病位在肝,肝能疏泄气机,肝气条达,气机舒畅,五脏气机升降有序,流通眼部组织。故眼部代谢正常,神光敏锐。若肝疏不及,气机运行失畅,肝血不足,不能滋润眼部,不荣则痛。"肝寓相火",故郁易从火化,"气有余便是火",上潜头目,阻滞气机,不通则痛。或风热外干,痰湿内郁,引动肝风,痰饮上泛,引起眉棱骨痛。本文从眉棱骨痛的病因病机探讨了从肝论治眉棱骨痛的源流与原理。Supra-orbital neuralgia is a subjective symptom. Patients subjectively have unilateral or supra-orbital pain, and the causes are more complicated. Huangdi Neijing recorded "Liver meridian goes up to eyes", Waike Zhengzhi Quanshu also recorded the relationship between Liver and eyes, it says wind-heat and dampness are the pathogenic factors of supra-orbital neuralgia. It can be seen that many medical doctors of all dynasties believed that the location of the disease was in Liver, free morement of Liver-qi facilitated qi movement of five-zang organs, it also benefited the qi and blood circulation around eyes, and vice versa. This study explored the origin and mechanism of treating Liver for supra-orbital neuralgia.
