芪杉方对气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后免疫功能影响的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:从细胞免疫、体液免疫角度探讨芪杉方对气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后免疫功能的影响。方法:回顾性抽取2018年8月-2019年8月期间就诊于哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院内一科行GP、AP化疗方案并且期间就诊于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院肿瘤科门诊接受中药治疗的患者68例,均符合气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌。因治疗方法不同,命名芪杉方联合化疗组为治疗组,单纯化疗组为对照组,两组各34例。治疗以21 d为1个周期,观察2个周期。比较两组化疗前、2个周期后细胞免疫T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+指标,体液免疫IgG、IgM、IgA水平。结果:治疗前,两组细胞免疫T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+,体液免疫IgG、IgM、IgA指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2个周期后,治疗组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+及IgG、IgM、IgA指标水平均高于对照组,CD8^+指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪杉方可以改善气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后细胞免疫、体液免疫功能。Objective: To investigate the effect of Qishan Formula on immune function of the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of deficiency of Qi and Yin after chemotherapy. Methods: 68 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of deficiency of Qi and Yin, who received GP and AP chemotherapy in the first department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2018 to August 2019 and received TCM treatment in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine during the period, were retrospectively studied. The 68 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy;on which basis, the treatment group was also treated with Qishan Formula. 21 days was taken as one course of treatment, after two courses of treatment, the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ and humoral immunity indexes of IgG, IgM and IgA were compared between the two groups before and after 2 cycles of chemotherapy. Results: There were no statistical differences in CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+, as well as in IgG, IgM and IgA between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05). After 2 cycles of treatment, the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+, IgG, IgM and IgA in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, whereas the level of CD8^+ was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qishan Formula can improve the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of deficiency of Qi and Yin after chemotherapy.
