摘　　要：针对社会办医的概念和保险公司应对策略进行文献研究、实践案例梳理及归纳总结,研究保险公司介入社会办医的路径和角色,并结合对保险公司参与社会办医的认识和实践的思考,提出保险公司在战略层面应实现以医疗信息化为核心的大健康生态圈的构建;在业务层面应积极探索保险直付和高端社会办医之路的建议。Based on the concept of social medical service and insurance company s response strategy,literature research,practical case combing and summary,study the path and role of insurance companies involved in social medical service,combined with the understanding and practical thinking of insurance companies that participate in social medical service.It is proposed that insurance companies should realize the construction of large health ecosystem with medical informatization at the strategic level.At the business level,they should actively explore the proposal of direct insurance payment and high-end social medical.
