摘　　要：在互联网+医疗健康的背景下,从线上中医诊断、线下患者就诊及智慧中医大数据3个方面阐述智慧中医诊疗模式。在智慧中医实践中,可结合远程“望诊、闻诊、问诊、切诊”四诊信息模式,建立患者疑难病症远程就诊体系及慢性病随访管理制度,并通过深度挖掘海量中医数据,发掘名医诊疗疾病的核心治法与方药,对疾病进行精准化预防和管理,实现我国智慧中医推广新模式。Under the background of internet medical,it states three aspects intelligent traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment model of TCM doctor diagnosis on line,patient visit doctor offline and intelligent TCM big data.In the practice of intelligent TCM,combine with long-distance diagnosis and treatment model of“inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry and palpation”,establish a remote diagnosis system for patients with difficult diseases and chronic disease follow-up system.The precision prevention and management for disease,and carry out new model for the promotion of intelligent Chinese medicine through excavating deeply massive TCM data,explore core treatment method and prescription of famous TCM doctors.
