摘  要:石化行业VOCs排放量大、排放浓度高、污染物种类繁多、排放源项各异,其综合治理难度较大。石化行业VOCs治理可通过原料优选、工艺改进、设备选型实现源头把控;从泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)计划推广、废水系统密闭性改造、有机液体存储与装卸方式改进等实现过程管控;选取合适的治理技术实现末端综合治理。通过梳理石化行业VOCs排放源项,分析了对应措施,提出了加强VOCs综合管控的建议,以期为石化行业VOCs精细化管理提供支撑。The comprehensive treatment of VOCs emission in petrochemical industry is difficult because of its large quantity,high emission concentration,various kinds of pollutants and emission sources.The VOCs regulations in petrochemical industry can be realized by optimizing raw materials,improving process and selecting equipment from the source.The process control is realized from the promotion of LDAR plan,the renovation of waste water system,and the improvement of organic liquid storage,loading and unloading.The comprehensive treatment can be realized by selecting proper treatment technology.Based upon the collection of VOCs emission sources,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the integrated management of VOCs in petrochemical industry.
