摘　　要：现阶段,建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作发生了显著改变,原有的管理技术和监测技术难以使实际需求得到满足,造成诸多问题出现。所以,监测人员应重视提高自身能力与素质,把竣工环境保护验收工作做好,第一时间对出现的各种问题作出妥善解决,以提供依据给施工方,使之更好地完成建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作,在有效保护环境的同时,促进社会效益与经济效益的双重提高。At this stage,the environmental protection acceptance of the construction project has undergone significant changes.The original management technology and monitoring technology are difficult to meet the actual needs,causing many problems.Therefore,the monitoring personnel should pay attention to improving their own capabilities and qualities,do a good job of the environmental protection acceptance of the completed project,and effectively solve various problems in the first time,provide an important basis for the environmental protection acceptance of the construction project,prevent environmental damage,and effectively improve Social and economic benefits.
