摘　　要：目的分析某医院7年间1963名慢性军事训练伤患者疾病构成情况及动态变化特征,为提高军队医院为军服务效能、合理化地配置医疗资源、制定有针对性的临床防治措施、降低慢性军事训练伤的发生提供参考。方法调阅2012年1月-2018年12月间所有因军事训练导致慢性损伤的住院军人信息,以ICD-11为标准对研究对象进行回顾性统计分析。结果 7年间慢性军事训练损伤官兵共1 963例,占同期军人训练伤的57.84%,其住院人数、占比呈逐年上升趋势,损伤以脊柱、下肢膝踝关节为主。结论数据明确指出慢性军事训练伤为住院军人的重要组成部分,制定科学有效的损伤防治-分级诊疗-管理预后的一体化模式,才能有效提高基层官兵的健康水平。Objective To analyze the disease composition and characteristics of 1963 patients with CMTI in a hospital over 7 years, so as to provide basis for improving the service efficiency of the hospitals, allocate medical resources reasonably, formulate targeted clinical prevention and treatment measures, and reduce the occurrence of CMTI. Methods The data of all hospitalized soldiers with CMTI from January 2012 to December 2018 were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively with ICD-11 as the standard. Results A total of 1,963 cases of CMTI occurred in the past 7 years, accounting for 57.84% of the training injuries during the same period. The number and proportion of hospitalized soldiers showed an increasing trend year by year. The main injuries happened in spine, knee and ankle.Conclusion The data clearly revealed that chronic military training injury was inevitable in the hospitalized soldiers. Only by establishing a scientific and effective integrated model of "injury prevention-hierarchical diagnosis and treatment-prognosis management" can the health of grass-roots officers and soldiers be effectively improved.
