摘　　要：中医药治疗白癜风历史久远,现代中医多认为气滞血瘀、肝肾不足为白癜风的主要病机,活血化瘀、补益肝肾为治疗白癜风的主要方法。闵仲生教授临证经验丰富,在白癜风诊治方面有自己见解,强调辨病为主、结合辩证、兼顾因人因时制宜,充分利用中医药现代研究成果,关注心身调节,中西医结合治疗,为患者复色、甚至治愈提供更多机会。Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo has a long history. In modern Chinese medicine, qi stagnation and blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency are largely considered as the pathogenesis of vitiligo. Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and tonifying liver and kidney are important methods to treat vitiligo. Professor Min Zhongsheng has rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo.He suggests that we should combine disease differentiation with dialectics, pay attention to the external treatment, intergrate traditional Chinese and western medicine and treat psychosoma.
