关国华教授针药结合治疗眼肌型重症肌无力经验

摘　　要：关国华教授认为,眼肌型重症肌无力病机为经络亏虚、脏腑阳虚引发眼络虚滞,治疗原则为"固护诸经,益气振颓,升阳举托"。临证应审慎辨证,随经加减,诸药共达温阳升提之效。经过多年的临床实践,关国华教授以自拟"托举振眼汤"配合循经针刺治疗眼肌型重症肌无力,随症化裁,效验颇佳,值得推广。现将其治疗经验介绍如下,并附临床验案以飨同道。Professor Guan Guohua believed that the pathogenesis of ocular myasthenia gravis is deficiency of meridians, deficiency of zang-fu organs and Yang. The principle of treatment was to "protect the meridians, replenish qi and raise yang". The doctor should treat based on syndrome differentiation, use all way to warm yang. After years of clinical practice, Professor Guan Guohua had developed the TCM"Tuoju Zhenyan decoction"combined with acupuncture to treat ocular myasthenia gravis. The therapy efficacy is recognized and worth generalizing. The treatment experience and the clinical case were introduced as follows.
