柳红芳教授仙方活命饮治疗痤疮临床经验

摘　　要：柳红芳教授把仙方活命饮应用于青少年痤疮中,认为痤疮的病因病机虽然有肺经风热证,痰湿瘀滞证,肝胃湿热证之别,但是其共同的核心病机是热毒壅盛,气滞血瘀痰结。应用仙方活命饮清热解毒,消肿溃坚,活血化痰,可以作为基本方。该方可以避免临床单纯清热解毒治疗痤疮出现便溏伤脾、停药易反复或愈后留有痘痕的副作用,疗效满意。Professor Liu Hongfang applied Xianfang Huoming drink to adolescent acne, and believed that although the etiology and pathogenesis of acne were different from the syndrome of lung meridian heat, phlegm dampness and stagnation, and the syndrome of liver and stomach dampness and heat, the common core pathogenesis was the accumulation of heat toxin, qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm. Applying Xianfang Huoming drink can be used as the basic side to clear away heat and toxic materials, invigorate the circulation of phlegm. This prescription can avoid the side effects of pure clearing heat and detoxification in clinical treatment of acne, such as loose stool injury to the spleen, easy to be repeated after stopping the drug or leaving acne marks after healing, and the curative effect is satisfactory.
