摘　　要：四妙勇安汤主要功效是清热解毒、活血止痛,主治热毒炽盛之脱疽。随着医疗水平的提升及中医中药的发展,该方被广泛运用于对如胸痹病、消渴病、粉刺等多种疾病的治疗中。本文通过列举云南省名中医李晓教授运用四妙勇安汤加味治疗口糜、舌疮、脉痹病案3则,以窥名医辨证思路及用药经验之一二,以期为广大同行在临床诊治中提供一定的临床参考。Simiao Yong’an decoction has the heat and detoxification, blood circulation, and pain relief effect, which is usually used to treat the gangrene with syndrome of fire-toxicity. With the improvement of the medical level and the development of traditional Chinese medicine, Simiao Yong’an decoction is widely used in the treatment of many diseases such as chest painful impediment,consumptive thirst, and acne. This article lists three cases of the Yunnan famous traditional Chinese medicine Professor Li Xiao treating aphtha, tongue sores, and vessel bi-disease with the application of Simiao Yong ’an decoction in order to understand Professor Li’s thinking of syndrome differentiation and medicine experience, and provide some clinical reference for the general colleagues in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
