中药熏洗联合微波治疗痔疮术后疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察中药熏洗联合微波缓解痔疮术后肛门疼痛的效果,评估其临床疗效。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月入院收治的痔疮患者,均行手术治疗,术后肛门疼痛患者90例,根据随机数字,分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合中药熏洗。结果两组患者的肛门疼痛VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的临床有效率显著高于对照组。结论中药熏洗联合微波治疗可以有效减轻痔疮术后肛周疼痛及水肿。Objective To observe the effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave on the relieving anal pain after hemorrhoid surgery, and to evaluate its clinical effect. Methods 90 patients of hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and Chinese herb fumigation group(45 cases). Two groups were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation respectively. Results The VAS score of anal pain was significantly different between the two groups( P <0.05), and the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with microwave therapy can effectively reduce postoperative perianal pain and edema.
