摘　　要：文章通过列举3则2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)重症患者病案,认为治疗COVID-19要坚持以“祛邪为第一要义”,早期疏利清透以祛邪解毒;极期采用“截断扭转”,先证而治,防止病邪进一步深入;中后期邪毒渐去,疏补清透,祛邪扶正兼顾。分期论治对于改善临床症状、清除病毒、促进疾病痊愈具有重要价值。This paper introduces 3 cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in severe type,and thinks that the treatment should insist on‘eliminating evil is the first important point’.In the early stage,clear away the pathogenic factors and detoxify;in the extreme stage,use the method of‘cutting and reversing’,and firstly treat the disease based on syndrome differentiation to prevent the pathogenic factors from penetrating further;in the middle and later stage,the evil will gradually go away,and combine the tonifying method with the clearing method to eliminate evil while reinforcing the vital qi.Staged treatment is of great value for improving clinical symptoms,removing viruses,and promoting disease recovery.
