摘　　要：文章主要介绍马融教授治疗癫痫经验。根据癫痫与逆气之间的密切相关性,提出癫痫发作中兼有嗳气、呃逆、呕吐或腹气上冲感等症状者,认为病机关键在于冲气上逆,引痰上扰,蒙蔽清窍所致,提出以平冲降逆为主的治疗方法,临床上常用旋覆代赭汤或桂枝加桂汤化裁。This article introduces professor MA Rong’s experience in treatment of epilepsy.According to the close correlation between epilepsy and air movement turbulence,it was suggested that there are belching,hiccups,vomiting or belching up and other symptoms in epileptic seizures and the key to the pathogenesis of epilepsy was to qi rushing upward to heart.Induce upward disturbance of phlegm-turbidity,and be caused the orifices confused by phlegm.Based on this,a treatment method based on‘Suppressing hyperactive liver for descending adverse qi’was proposed and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction or Guizhi Jiagui Decoction is commonly used in clinical practice.
