从中医膜系探讨黄金昶针刺治疗恶性胸腔积液的机制

摘　　要：膜系泛指人体体腔内外广泛分布的固有结缔组织所构成的系统,是人体气水火布散通道,具有运行津血、协调脏腑、联络筋骨、沟通表里等作用。文章主要通过对中医膜系的认识、募穴的探究及恶性胸腔积液的形成等方面从中医膜系角度探讨黄金昶教授通过针刺募穴为主的方案治疗恶性胸腔积液的作用机制,为中医临床治疗恶性胸腔积液以及相关科研提供理论参考。Membrane system refers to the system of intrinsic connective tissue widely distributed inside and outside the body cavity,which is the channel for the distribution of qi,water and fire.It has the functions of running blood,coordinating viscera,connecting fascia and bones,and communicating exterior and interior,etc.This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of Professor HUANG Jin-chang’s acupuncture treatment of malignant pleural effusion from the perspective of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)membrane system,the exploration of front-mupoint and the formation of malignant pleural effusion,so as to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of malignant pleural effusion and related scientific research of TCM.
