摘　　要：中医辨证是中医诊断的核心,是中医学主要特点之一。近年来红外热成像技术在中医辨证领域的研究取得进展,故文章基于红外热成像技术首次从八纲辨证、脏腑辨证、经络辨证、六经辨证进行归纳、总结,概述中医辨证体系现代化的发展,以期为临床中医辨证诊断及今后研究提供客观化依据,促进中医药的临床应用。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation is the core of TCM diagnosis and one of the main characteristics of TCM.In recent years,infrared thermal imaging technology has made progress in the field of TCM syndrome differentiation.Therefore,based on infrared thermal imaging technology,this paper summarizes and summarizes the eight categories syndrome differentiation,viscera syndrome differentiation,meridians syndrome differentiation and six meridians syndrome differentiation for the first time,summarizes the development of TCM syndrome differentiation system modernization,in order to provide objective basis for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation diagnosis and future research,and promote the clinical application of TCM.
