摘　　要：雷公藤对类风湿关节炎、IgA肾病、皮肌炎等难治性自身免疫性疾病都有很好的疗效,但雷公藤对生殖系统及肝、心、肾脏等器官都具有毒副作用,研究者们采用了炮制、中药配伍、改变给药剂型等方法以期对雷公藤减毒增效,文章总结了近十几年来雷公藤的临床应用及雷公藤治疗时的毒性反应,并阐述了雷公藤治疗疾病的作用机制、毒性反应原因,分析如何对雷公藤减毒增效,为进一步研究雷公藤提供思路。Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.has good curative effect on refractory autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,IgA nephropathy and dermatomyositis,but Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.has toxic and side effects on the reproductive system,liver,heart,kidney and other organs.Researchers had adopted methods such as concoction,compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and change of dosage form to reduce the toxicity and increase the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f..This paper summarized the clinical application of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.in the past decade and the treatment with toxic side reaction of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f..The mechanism of action of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.,the causes of toxic and side effects,and how to reduce the toxicity and synergistic effect of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.were discussed,which provided ideas for further research on Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f..
