摘　　要：文章探讨从“痹”的角度认识和诊治肺系病,提出“肺风痹病”及其下“肺行痹病”“肺着痹病”“肺痿痹病”三痹的相关假说,并论述“三痹”之法要,即肺行痹病从内外诸风证论治;肺着痹病从气血诸结证论治,从燥论治,补肺阴从肝、从酸取法;肺痿痹病从血络、奇经、“先天系统”论治,通痹调血从“缓中补虚”取法等。肺系病从痹论治可看作对肺系病诊治思路的补充与拓展。This manuscript explored the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases from the perspective of impediment diseases.The authors put forward the hypothesis of‘pulmonary wind impediment diseases’and its three types,namely‘pulmonary moving impediment diseases’,‘pulmonary fixed impediment diseases’,‘pulmonary weak impediment diseases’.This paper also discussed the core contents of the three impediment diseases,including the treatment of pulmonary moving impediment diseases from the perspective of internal and external wind syndromes,the treatment of pulmonary paralysis from qi and blood syndromes and from dryness,tonifying the lung yin by regulating liver and acid,the treatment of pulmonary weak impediment diseases from blood collaterals,extra meridians,congenital system,the method to soothe impediment diseases and regulate blood based on the theory of tonifying deficiency slowly,and so on.The treatment of pulmonary diseases based on theory of impediment diseases can be regarded as a supplement and expansion of the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases.
