张锡纯妇科学术思想及用药特色浅析

摘　　要：张锡纯在治疗妇科疾病上有自己独特的学术思想和用药特色。文章总结张锡纯先生临证时辨证论治、活用经方,从冲脉不温论治不孕,产后敢于运用寒凉药物的学术思想,以及量大力专、善用药对、取象比类的用药特色,并探讨张锡纯的学术思想、用药特色在现代妇科临床中的具体应用和指导意义。ZHANG Xi-chun had his own academic thoughts and characteristics of medication in treating gynecological diseases.This article summarized the academic thoughts of ZHANG Xi-chun that he treated patients according to syndrome differentiation and used classic prescriptions flexibly when treating patients.He thought that sterility is related to lack of warmth in thoroughfare vessel.He used drugs audacious that he learned from the ancients but not stuck to the ancients and dared to use cold medicine for postpartum women.This article also summarized the characteristics of medication of ZHANG Xi-chun that the dosage of drugs he used in the treatment of diseases was large which could eliminate the causes of diseases directly and had a good effect.He was accomplished using two herbs together to strengthen the effect.He understood the efficacy of the by means of the drug itself.His characteristic of medication had a style of his own.This article researched the clinical application and guiding significance of gynecology of ZHANG Xi-chun’s academic thoughts and characteristics of medication.
