“时时转动使活”理念在中医正骨理筋手法中的运用

摘　　要：在骨折、脱位、筋伤的整个治疗过程中,贯穿“时时转动使活”理念的“恒动观”,运用摇晃法、屈伸收展法、摇摆触碰法、回旋法、抖法等,使手法执简驭繁,事半功倍,可矫正骨折残余移位、模造关节、松解粘连、防止创伤性关节炎和促进复位稳定等,使“骨对缝,筋入槽”。In the whole treatment process of fractures,dislocations,and tendon injury,the concept of‘to make flexible by constant rotation’runs through the whole way.The swinging manipulation,flexion-extension manipulation,swinging touch manipulation,rotating manipulation and shaking manipulation were used.These manipulations are simple and get twofold results with half the effort,which can correct the residual displacement of the fracture,mold joints,loosen the adhesion,prevent traumatic arthritis and promote the reset stability.It can achieve‘bone to the seam,tendon into the groove’.
