摘　　要：五脏相音属于中医闻诊中声诊部分的重要内容,在此基础上产生的音乐疗法两千多年前就被广泛运用于疾病的诊断和治疗中,后因为多方面原因,几近失传。近年来,中医音乐疗法开始被人们重新重视,声学、物理学等相关学科的发展,为五脏相音音乐疗法的研究提供了新的方法,越来越多的机构和个人开始从事相关研究,但中医音乐疗法尚未在临床正式推广普及。文章希望通过探索五脏相音的相关诊疗应用,为中医音乐疗法早日正式在临床推广提供思路。Wuzhang Xiangyin theory is an important part of the sound diagnosis part of TCM.The music therapy based on this was widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases more than two thousand years ago.Later,because of various reasons,it is almost lost.However,in recent years,with the development of related disciplines such as acoustics and physics,the sound diagnosis has begun to be re-emphasized,and the interdisciplinary integration has provided scientific methods for the diagnosis and treatment of the Wuzhang Xiangyin music therapy.More and more institutions and individuals began to engage in related researches.This article hopes to provide an idea for the traditional Chinese medicine music therapy applying to the clinic as soon as possible by exploring the relevant medical diagnosis and treatment applications of the Wuzhang Xiangyin theory.
