高效液相色谱法测定消毒剂中戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛的含量

摘　　要：目的采用DAD检测器,建立快速灵敏的高效液相色谱分析方法,测定醛类消毒剂中的戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛。方法选择XDB-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-KH2PO4水溶液(50/50,v/v,0.1%盐酸三乙胺)为流动相,采用DAD检测器反相色谱法,检测消毒剂中的戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛的含量。结果建立的液相色谱方法能够直接测定消毒剂中的戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛,标准曲线线性范围分别为0.005%~0.5%和0.0005%~0.05%,检出限分别为0.001%和0.0001%。样品中戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛的加标回收率分别为98.7%和99.2%,检测结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.5%。结论无需衍生化反应,DAD检测器液相色谱法能够准确定性定量分析醛类消毒剂中的戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛。该方法具有线性范围宽、抗干扰能力强、精密度和回收率高等优点,适用于醛类消毒剂有效成分的快速测定。Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive HPLC method for the determination of glutaraldehyde and o-phthalaldehyde(OPA)in aldehydes disinfectants by diode array detector(DAD).Methods Using XDB-C18 column and acetonitrile KH2PO4 aqueous solution(50/50,v/v,0.1%triethylamine hydrochloride)as mobile phase,the glutaraldehyde and OPA in disinfectant were determined by reversed phase chromatography HPLC-DAD.Results The established HPLC-DAD method can directly determine glutaraldehyde and OPA in disinfection samples.The linear ranges of glutaraldehyde and OPA were 0.005%-0.5% and 0.0005%-0.05%,and the detection limits were 0.001% and 0.0001%.The spiked recoveries of glutaraldehyde and OPA were 98.7% and 99.2%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 1.5%.Conclusion The established HPLC-DAD method can accurately and quantitatively detect the content of glutaraldehyde and OPA in aldehydes disinfectants without derivatization reaction.This method has the advantages of wide linear range,strong anti-interference ability,high precision and recovery,which make it suitable for the rapid determination of effective components in aldehydes disinfectants.
