摘　　要：本文通过查阅相关资料,充分认识公路工程最低投标价法在工程招投标中的优势,工程招投标中的部分项目,招标方没有充分认识到发布招投标信息的及时性和广泛性,部分投标企业可能存在虚假报价等问题。最低投标价法在公路工程中从招标开始,项目招标方要做好事前准备工作,项目招标方在竞标过程中本着公平、公正的原则,选择合适的工程承接方,在整个招标过程和工程进展过程中,招标方要时刻有风险意识和应用对策,以确保公路工程的整体效益。This paper,by consulting relevant data,combined with the advantages of the minimum bid price method of highway engineering in project bidding,the bidding party of the lowest bidding price method in the project bidding is not fully aware of the timeliness of issuing bidding information and Extensive,some bidding companies may have false quotations and other issues have been summarized,the minimum bid price method in the highway project from the start of bidding,the project bidder must do the preparatory work beforehand,the project bidder in the bidding process in the fair The principle of fairness,choose the appropriate project undertaker,in the whole bidding process and the progress of the project,the bidder must always have risk-aware and other application countermeasures to ensure the overall efficiency of the highway project.
