摘　　要：目的探讨以专科护士为主导的多学科合作在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)导管质量控制中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—12月行PICC置管的293例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,分为观察组149例和对照组145例。对照组采用超声引导下PICC置管和常规维护,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用以专科护士为主导的多学科合作团队管理模式进行PICC置管及维护质量控制,观察2组PICC导管质量管理指标。结果观察组PICC导管相关不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组一次性置管成功率、消毒规范率及导管维护合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施以专科护士为主导的多学科合作的PICC导管管理有利于提升PICC导管质量控制水平,促进PICC治疗和护理的同质化、规范化。Objective To explore the effect of nurse specialist-led multidisciplinary cooperation in the quality control of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)placement.Methods A total of 293 patients with malignant tumor were enrolled and randomly divided into the observational group(n=149)and the control group(n=145).The ultrasound-assisted PICC catheterization and routine maintenance were conducted in both of two groups.In the observation group,a multi-disciplinary cooperation management led by the nurse specialists of intravenous therapy was established,and the quality management indexes of PICC catheterization were used to evaluate the application effect.Results The incidences of complications related to catheterization were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time catheterization and qualified rate of catheter maintenance and disinfection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-disciplinary cooperation led by the specialized nurses of intravenous therapy is conducive to improving the nursing quality of intravenous therapy,promoting the homogeneity and standardization of intravenous therapy and related nursing,and improving the quality control of PICC placement and maintenance.
