摘　　要：目的系统评价按摩推拿疗法对剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的影响。方法计算机检索关于按摩推拿治疗剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的随机对照实验,并用“滚雪球”追溯文献。参考Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0版筛选文献、质量评价及数据提取,采用RevMan5.3软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,共1151例产妇。Meta分析结果显示,干预组与对照组在术后疼痛、镇痛药物的使用率、术后焦虑水平、收缩压、脉率、呼吸频率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验序贯分析表明疼痛和焦虑水平样本量已达到RIS值。结论按摩推拿疗法对降低剖宫产产妇术后疼痛程度和焦虑水平的疗效肯定,但因文献质量水平有限,期待高质量的随机对照试验加以验证。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of massage therapy in post-cesarean section pain management.Methods Randomized controlled trials of massage therapy for post-cesarean section pain management were searched,and references were traced by“snowball”method.To select study,extract data,and assess risk of bias according to Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions Version 5.1.0.RevMan5.3 was used for data analysis.Results A Total of 10 articles with 1151 pregnant women were included in this review.Meta-analyses found there were statistically differences in postoperative pain,analgesic drug use,postoperative anxiety,systolic blood pressure,pulse rate,respiratory rate between the control and massage therapy(P<0.05).The trial sequential analysis showed that required sample size was confirmed expected information of pain and anxiety.Conclusion Massage therapy can reduce the intensity of postoperative pain and anxiety after cesarean section.There is a need for well-designed research to examine the outcome.
