中药内服外敷联合地塞米松局部注射治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中药内服、外敷及地塞米松局部注射治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果及护理措施。方法选取2018年9月-2019年8月住院治疗的亚急性甲状腺炎患者34例,采用中药疏肝清热止痛方内服、中药金黄消瘿膏外敷颈前、超声引导下地塞米松甲状腺局部注射甲状腺区治疗,并采取相关护理措施。观察治疗前后患者甲状腺功能及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)的变化。结果治疗后患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)及ESR、CRP较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后促甲状腺激素(TSH)的变化与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药内服、外敷联合地塞米松局部注射治疗亚急性甲状腺炎,能有效改善患者FT3、FT4、CRP、ESR水平,同时配合护理干预能进一步促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of oral administration and external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with and local injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis, and summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 34 patients with subacute thyroiditis were included in the study. All patients received oral administration Shugan Qingre analgesic formula, external application of Golden exfoliation cream before neck application and ultrasound-guided local injection of dexamethasone, and targeted nursing measures were carried during the treatment. The thyroid function indexes, level of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, FT3, FT4, ESR, and CRP were significantly lower than those before treatment, with a significant difference(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in TSH level before and after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion The oral administration and external application of TCM combined with and local injection of dexamethasone can effectively improve FT3, FT4, CRP and ESR levels of patients. Targeted nursing measures were required to improve the rehabilitation of patients.
