摘　　要：目的探讨运用自制柔软冰袖带提高患者留置经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)舒适度的效果。方法102例肺癌行PICC置管的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各51列。留置PICC期间,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用自制柔软冰袖带。观察2组患者PICC贴膜处皮肤皮疹/皮损、瘙痒的发生情况,统计贴膜更换频次。结果观察组和对照组各1例患者中途退出研究。观察组无一例患者发生皮疹/皮损,对照组有6(12.00%)例发生皮疹/皮损,2组皮肤瘙痒发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组更换贴膜的频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制柔软冰袖带的使用可减少PICC置管患者贴膜处皮肤皮疹/皮损、瘙痒的发生风险,减少贴膜的更换频次,提高患者舒适度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of a self-designed soft ice cuff for improving comfort of patients with placement of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods Totally 102 lung cancer patients with PICC placement were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients received routine care after PICC placement,and a self-designed soft ice cuff was used in the observation.The incidence of rash/dermatitis and pruritus at puncture site were compared between two groups,and the frequency of changing film was calculated.Results There were 2 patients lost to follow-up.No case of rash/dermatitis was found in the observation group,and the incidence of pruritus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The frequency of changing film in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of soft ice cuff can reduce the incidence of skin rash/dermatitis and pruritus,reduce the frequency of changing film and improve the comfort of patients with PICC placement.
