PICC导管维护中应用弹力宽胶带固定延长管的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)维护中使用弹力宽胶带固定延长管的效果。方法选取在乳腺疾病诊疗中心病房行PICC导管置管维护的病例200例为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,各100例。2组均按照标准的PICC导管维护流程进行维护。对照组按传统方法,用4条胶带固定延长管;研究组应用3M弹力宽胶带"U"型固定延长管。对比2组PICC导管维护效果。结果研究组导管延长管处压疮发生率、7 d内敷料松脱发生率均低于对照组,患者舒适率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用弹力宽胶带固定PICC导管延长管的效果优于传统固定方法。Objective To explore the application effect of the extension catheter tube fixation using elastic wide tape in the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods Totally 200 patients undergoing PICC placement and maintenance were divided into the study group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.The PICC maintenance was conducted following a standard procedure.In the control group,the extension catheter tube was fixed using a traditional method(4 strips of adhesive tape).In the study group,the extension catheter tube was fixed using 3 M elastic wide tape.The quality of PICC maintenance was compared between two groups.Results The incidence of catheter-associated pressure ulcer and falling-off of dressing within 7 days were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of patients’comfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional fixation method,the fixation method using elastic wide tape shows a better effect in PICC maintenance.
