摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下胃癌根治术中不接触隔离技术的护理配合措施。方法选取2017年3月-2019年4月行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术的156例患者为研究对象。患者均实施腹腔镜下胃癌根治术,术中严格实施肿瘤不接触隔离技术。结果156例患者中152例均完成腹腔镜下根治术。术后随访6~28个月,无失访病例。术后复发转移6(3.85%)例,其中腹膜种植3例、局部复发1例、血源性转移2例。结论不接触隔离技术是阻断医源性种植、减少局部复发的关键,术中护士应密切配合术者,提高自身技术水平。Objective To explore the nursing measures in the laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy with a no-touch isolation technique.Methods Totally 156 gastric cancer patients undergoing aparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy were included in this study.The no-touch isolation technique was adopted in the laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy.Results The radical gastrectomy was successful in 152 of 156.No case was lost to follow-up with 6-28 months after surgery.There were 6 cases with postoperative recurrence and metastasis,including 3 cases of peritoneal seeding,1 case of local recurrence and 2 cases of blood-borne metastasis.Conclusion The no-touch isolation technique is key to prevent iatrogenic tumor-cell spreading,local seeding and local recurrence.Surgical nurses should take careful observation and cooperation in surgery,as well as improving practical skills.
