摘　　要：目的探讨"互联网+"家属参与模式在腹膜透析患者饮食护理中的应用效果。方法选择在海南省某三甲医院门诊行腹膜透析治疗的患者50例及其直接照顾者作为研究对象,运用"互联网+"家属参与模式,开展为期6个月的营养宣教及饮食干预,比较干预前后患者自身的主观综合性营养评估(SGA)评分及身体营养参数的变化情况。结果50例患者SGA评分干预前和干预后评分分别为(10.90±5.55)分和(8.20±4.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预6个月后,患者血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、甘油三酯、血磷、血钾水平较干预1个月时改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用"互联网+"家属参与模式开展饮食护理,可有效改善腹膜透析患者的营养状况,降低营养不良的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of an internet-based family involvement model in diet management of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 50 peritoneal dialysis patients and their caregivers were selected as research subjects.A 6-month diet management was carried out by using an internet-based family involvement model.Patients’nutritional assessment and blood indexes were measured before and 6 months after intervention.Results The score of subjective global assessment(SGA)was(10.90±5.55)before intervention and(8.20±4.38)after intervention,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Improved levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,triglyceride,blood phosphorus and potassium were found in patients after 6-month diet management(P<0.05).Conclusion The internet-based family involvement model is potentially effective to improve the nutritional status of patients with peritoneal dialysis and reduce the incidence of malnutrition.
