摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低肾内科腹膜透析平衡试验(PET)标本留取缺陷率中的应用效果。方法成立QCC小组,确定活动主题,对活动前标本留取现状进行分析,拟定相应的实施对策,比较2018年10月-12月QCC活动前和2019年8月-10月QCC活动后的PET标本留取缺陷率。结果肾内科PET标本留取缺陷率由QCC活动前的18.79%降至活动后的3.17%。结论QCC活动能有助于降低PET标本留取缺陷率。Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities to reduce the defect rate of specimen retention for peritoneal equilibration test(PET)in the nephrology department.Methods A QCC group was set up to analyze the status quo in specimen retention for PET.Corresponding countermeasures were carried out to reduce the defect rate of specimen retention for PET.The defect rate of specimen retention for PET was observed before implementation of QCC activities(between October and December 2018)and after implementation of QCC activities(between October and December 2019).Results The defect rate of specimen retention for PET dropped from 18.79%before implementation of QCC activities to 3.17%after implementation of QCC activities.Conclusion The QCC is an effective tool to reduce the defect rate of specimen retention for PET in the nephrology department.
