摘  要:目的探讨运用高级综合模拟人(ECS)在护理专业本科生临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学护理学院2015级护理专业本科生144例,分为观察组72例和对照组72例。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组运用ECS强化临床技能训练。课程结束后对比2组临床模拟考核成绩,评价护生对教学的满意程度。结果观察组临床模拟考核成绩(89.40±3.00)分,高于对照组的(80.40±4.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护生对临床技能教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用ECS对护理专业本科生进行临床技能教学,能有效提高护生操作技能和学习满意度。Objective To evaluate the emergency care simulator(ECS)in the teaching of clinical skills for nursing undergraduate students.Methods A total of 144 nursing undergraduate students from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were recruited and divided into two groups,observation group(n=72)and control group(n=72).The routine teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the ECS was used in the practice of clinical skills for students in the observation group.The outcomes of practical examination and degree of satisfaction with teaching method were compared between two groups.Results The practical examination score of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(89.40±3.00 vs.80.40±4.80,P<0.01).The degree of satisfaction with teaching method was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ECS is an effective tool to improve the clinical skills and satisfaction with teaching satisfaction among nursing undergraduate students.
