摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间消毒供应中心开展风险管理的效果。方法运用风险管理理论,正确识别和评估新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间消毒供应中心管理工作中可能存在或潜在的风险因素,针对人力资源、设备设施、重点环节和防护用品等方面采取相应的措施,预防和控制医院感染风险事件的发生。结果科室2020年1月和2月合计完成消毒无菌包142378包,其中发热手术患者器械38包,感染科手术器械及诊疗器械物品33件,灭菌合格率100.00%,无不良事件发生。结论运用风险管理理论能有效提升消毒供应中心人员的风险防范意识和能力,为临床提供质量安全的消毒灭菌物品。Objective To investigate the effect of risk management in Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)during the COVID-19 outbreak.Methods Using risk management theory to correctly identify and evaluate possible or potential risk factors in the management of the CSSD during the COVID-19 outbreak,and take corresponding measures to prevent and control nosocomial risk events in aspects of human resources,equipment and facilities,key processes and protective supplies.Results In January and February 2020,a total of 33 packages of surgical instruments and therapeutic items and 38 packages of surgical instruments for patients with fever were processed,no adverse events occurred.Conclusion Application of the risk management can effectively improve the awareness and ability of CSSD nursing staffs,and ensure the quality of sterilization equipments.
