摘 要:目前各类单相接地故障处理技术原理多样,应用在不同的中性点接地方式中各有优劣。提出了一种基于双模功能的配电网单相接地故障灵活处理策略,配合中性点延时投退小电阻接地方式,能够实现单相接地故障处理效率的最优化。该策略相对于小电阻接地方式,可以避免瞬时性故障导致频繁跳闸的问题;相对于消弧线圈接地方式,可以在解决一定高阻接地故障的同时,有效提高低阻接地故障处理的准确率。经运行实例证明,该方案适用于现场运行,能够有效提高单相接地故障处理准确率及自动化程度。Single-phase ground fault is the main fault forms in medium voltage distribution network,which received extensive attention from both inside and outside the industry in recent years,the principles of single-phase ground fault treatment are various by different neutral grounding mode.A flexibility strategy for single-phase grounding fault of the distribution network based on the dual-mode function is proposed,with the neutral point delay switching and small resistance grounding method and dual mode terminal.The method can realize the single-phase grounding fault handling efficiency optimization by two method,one is stage difference coordination,the other is local feeder automation.Comparing with small resistance grounding,this strategy can avoid frequent tripping caused by transient fault.And comparing with the arc-suppression coil grounding method,this strategy can effectively improve the accuracy of low-resistance grounding while solving certain high-resistance grounding faults.It is proved that this strategy is suitable for field operation and can effectively improve the handling accuracy of lowresistance grounding fault processing and automation of single-phase grounding fault.
