摘 要:为了使BDC的交错并联磁集成技术与ZVS技术更好地结合来提高变换器的工作效率,研究了四通道交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器在DCM模式下的实现条件以及模态分布,进一步了解变换器在DCM模式下的工作情况,为多通道交错并联磁集成变换器的ZVS控制提供理论基础。提出将通道变频控制与ZVS控制相结合的控制方法。最后,给出在各控制方案下变换器的效率曲线,实验证明了ZVS控制与通道变频控制相结合的良好性能。To improve the operating efficiency of a converter by combining the interleaved parallel magnetic integration technology for bidirectional DC/DC converter(BDC)and the ZVS technology,the realization conditions and modal distribution of a four-channel interleaved parallel magnetic integrated BDC in DCM mode are studied.In this way,the operations of the converter working in DCM mode are further explored,thus providing a theoretical basis for the ZVS control of a multi-channel interleaved parallel magnetic integrated converter.Afterwards,a control method combining channel frequency conversion control with ZVS control is proposed.Finally,the efficiency curves of the converter under different control schemes were given,and the satisfying performance of ZVS control combined with channel frequency conversion control was proved by experiments.
