摘 要:作为电力调度人员监控的关键目标,输电断面能直观反映出电力系统的薄弱环节,因此输电断面极限传输功率是衡量电力系统正常运行时连接电网两个区域间所有输电线路安全性及可靠性的重要指标.但近年来随着多种新型一次能源技术的不断完善、多层级电磁环网的日益发展、区域间电网互联的不断扩大及机组容量的持续增加,电网输电断面潮流的可控性受到极大挑战,而传统解决方法存在着效果不佳、投资巨大等问题,故利用柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)来大幅提高线路的电力输送能力并调整潮流分布就成为了亟待解决的重要课题.As the key target of power dispatching personnel monitoring,the transmission cross-section can directly refl ect the weak link of power system,so the ultimate transmission power of transmission cross-section is an important index to measure the safety and reliability of all transmission lines connecting the two regions of power grid during normal operation of power system.However,in recent years,with the continuous improvement of various new primary energy technologies,the growing development of multi-layer electromagnetic ring network,the continuous expansion of interregional power grid interconnection and the continuous increase of unit capacity,the controllability of power fl ow at the transmission cross-section of the power grid is greatly challenged,while the traditional solutions have problems such as poor effect and huge investment,so the fl exible AC transmission system(FACTS)is used to solve the problems It is an important task to improve the transmission capacity and adjust the distribution of power fl ow.
