小型断路器短路分断能力与瞬时脱扣限流能力的比对试验

摘　　要：断路器短路分断能力是指断路器安全切断短路(故障)电流,不发生触头熔焊、爆炸等事故的技术参数,是输配电线路设计时,选型断路器产品最为关键的技术参数,一般分为额定极限短路分断能力Icu和额定运行短路分断能力Icn.国内大部分小型断路器的Icn标称值为4.0~6.0 kA,在实际试验中发现,国内中、小生产企业的产品该项性能指标并不稳定,如何提高并稳定小型断路器短路分断能力,一直是断路器生产企业设法解决的技术问题.基于此,文章制定实验方案,通过试验分选出该指标相对稳定可靠的断路器产品,统计在不同试验电流下瞬时脱扣的峰值电流限制能力与通电脱扣时间,与其他组别短路能力尚不稳定的产品进行对比,分析对比结果的差异性,以期为电器生产企业的研发生产提供数据参考.The short-circuit breaking capacity of the circuit breaker refers to the technical parameters of the circuit breaker to safely cut off the short-circuit(fault)current without accidents such as contact welding and explosion.It is the most critical type of circuit breaker selection when designing transmission and distribution lines.The technical parameters are generally divided into rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity Icu and rated operating short-circuit breaking capacity.The nominal value of Icn of most domestic miniature circuit breakers is 4.0kA^6.0kA.It is found in actual tests that the performance index of products of domestic small and medium-sized production enterprises is not stable.How to improve and stabilize the short circuit breaking capacity of miniature circuit breakers It has always been a technical problem that circuit breaker manufacturers try to solve.Based on this,this paper formulates the experimental plan,selects the relatively stable and reliable circuit breaker products of this index through the test,and counts the peak current limiting capability and the energizing tripping time of the instantaneous tripping under different test currents,and the shortcircuiting capability with other groups Compare the unstable products and analyze the difference of the comparison results,with a view to providing data reference for the R&D and production of electrical appliance manufacturers.
