摘　　要：在电站锅炉大截面烟风道设计中,补偿器可以有效吸收轴向、横向或角向位移,能够补偿管道的热变形、机械变形和吸收管道的各种机械振动,起到降低管道应力和延长管道使用寿命的作用.文章就金属波纹管补偿器和非金属补偿器两种类型补偿器在锅炉烟风道设计应用中需注意的问题做简单的介绍和探讨.In the design of large-section fl ue ducts for power station boilers,the compensator can effectively absorb axial,lateral or angular displacement,and can compensate for thermal deformation,mechanical deformation of the pipeline and absorb various mechanical vibrations of the pipeline to reduce pipeline stress And increase the service life of the pipeline.This article makes a brief introduction and discussion on the problems that need to be paid attention to in the design and application of boiler fl ue ducts with metal bellows compensator and non-metal compensator,to provide reference for everyone in the selection of compensator.
